Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data of Users

Under the terms of this Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data of Users (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), "BARI TRADE" LLC (hereinafter referred to as BARI TRADE) grants the User of the website https://baritrade.am (hereinafter referred to as the Website) the right to use the Website, through which the User can obtain information related to the activities of BARI TRADE, including in an online format.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in the Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. Confidentiality of Personal Data – a mandatory requirement for the Website not to disclose Personal Data without the User's consent or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.2. Depersonalization of Personal Data – actions that make it impossible to determine, without using additional information, the affiliation of Personal Data to a specific User.

Operator – the company “BARI TRADE” LLC (address: Armenia, Yerevan 0001, Sayat-Nova Ave. 19/1, Room 114, REG/TIN: 53133592/02297526), which provides access to the Website, offers services, sells products, organizes and/or independently or jointly with other parties processes Personal Data obtained from Users, and determines the purposes of processing Personal Data, the composition of Personal Data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed on Personal Data.
1.1.5. Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (User).
1.1.6. User – a natural person who accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy, has access to the Website via mobile networks and the Internet.
1.1.7. Transfer of Personal Data – actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.
1.1.8. Destruction of Personal Data – actions that make it impossible to restore the content of Personal Data in the Personal Data information system and/or result in the destruction of material carriers of Personal Data.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Viewing the pages of the Website and using its materials by the User means the User’s agreement with this Privacy Policy.
2.2. In case of disagreement with this Privacy Policy, the User is not allowed to use the Website.

4. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
4.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Operator's obligations to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection of Personal Data.
5. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The Operator may use the User’s Personal Data for the following purposes:
5.1.1. Fulfillment of obligations under concluded contracts.
5.1.2. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Website, provision of services, supply of goods, and processing of requests and applications.
6. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
6.1. The User voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their interest grants the Operator perpetual written consent to process their Personal Data in any manner.
7. OPERATOR LIABILITY
7.1. The Operator, failing to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of Personal Data, in accordance with the law, except in cases specified in clause 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of the User’s Personal Data, the Operator shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Operator.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. The current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator.
8.2. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator, submitting a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) is mandatory.
8.3. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.4. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent or prior notice.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

9.4. The date of posting the Privacy Policy is indicated directly in the document.
9.5. By remaining on the Website pages and using its materials, the User confirms that they have read all the provisions of this Privacy Policy and unconditionally accepts them.
